I am a father of five, happily and passionately married to my best friend. I own, build, manage, and invest in businesses and real estate projects.
I’ve always been driven to succeed and to search for ways to make things better in business, in teams, and in the work I’m involved in. I want to be part of something meaningful and help build things I can be proud of, whether that’s products, teams, or companies.
Philosophy
Someone once told me, “Nothing great gets done alone.” I’ve experienced this truth time and time again. Working with great people brings me genuine satisfaction. In turn, I strive to make the teams I work with better not just professionally, but in all aspects. Building strong relationships and effective teams is just as important as building successful businesses.
Experience & Background
I have a strong financial and operational background and currently serve as CEO of a salt distribution company based in Phoenix, Arizona, with interstate logistics experience. Over the years, I’ve learned the critical difference between income and cash flow and have focused on improving capital allocation decisions to support accelerated growth while increasing profitability. My team and I have built a portfolio of businesses across different industries and regions, and I’m always open to partnerships and new opportunities.
