Reading Is Only Useful If You Reflect
Reading a lot of books sounds impressive.
Applying ideas from books is what actually matters.
That’s why I keep notes. That’s why I write reflections. That’s why I revisit ideas instead of just collecting more information.
A good book doesn’t change your life immediately.
But a single idea, revisited often and applied deliberately, absolutely can.
The value isn’t in how much you consume.
The value is in how much you integrate.
